Features: In the vast collection of ancient Chinese classics, it is common to find works without the author's real name, only marked with a pseudonym, title, alias, or the name of the study. As a result, readers often struggle to identify the author, which poses certain obstacles to understanding the content and academic research. This book takes book authors as the research subject, collecting over a thousand authorial aliases from a large number of ancient texts and conducting research on them. After decades of effort, approximately seventy percent of the entries in the book have been identified. Although some entries remain unresolved despite extensive research, this book remains an extremely useful reference work.
