It also analyzes and evaluates the behavioral patterns of the two basic investment entities in the market—hedgers and speculators—with examples. In response to the intersection of futures and options trading, the book also provides an overview of futures options trading. The last two chapters are Part III of the book, which primarily analyzes the regulation of the U.S. futures market. It reviews the development history of the U.S. futures industry and institutional regulation, as well as provides a detailed discussion of the laws and regulations related to futures trading.
