Features: The promulgation and implementation of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" have completed the unification process of the three laws: the "Economic Contract Law," the "Foreign-related Economic Contract Law," and the "Technology Contract Law." The new "Contract Law" accurately reflects the essential requirements of the socialist market economy, facing the 21st century, and correctly handles the relationship between contract freedom and contract justice. This book discards the arrangement methods of previous reference books and arranges the entire content according to the structure of the Contract Law, interpreting each article of the Contract Law. In the process of interpretation, it gives consideration to both theory and practice, combining legal principles with operational aspects, thereby well reflecting accuracy, practicality, comprehensiveness, and authority.
