Features: This book includes three special studies on Li Tao. The first chapter, "Chronological Records of Li Tao's Life," follows the format of a chronology, compiling the deeds of Li Tao. The second chapter, "A Study and Annotation of Li Tao's Writings," uses the method of bibliography, listing Li Tao's sixty-two works, each accompanied by an annotation that examines the basis of the bibliography, the main content, the process of composition, and the transmission of versions. The third chapter, "Collected Poems and Prose of Li Tao," includes thirty-two poems and ninety pieces of prose. The sources of each piece are indicated in the annotations. If a piece appears in multiple sources, the better version is chosen as the base. Differences in wording between other sources and the base are detailed in the collation notes. When other sources contain deletions or significant differences in wording from the base, and it is impractical to list them all, both versions are included in the annotations for reference. The prefaces and postfaces in "Collected Poems and Prose" and "A Study and Annotation of Li Tao's Writings" are arranged according to the Four Division Classification system. The other categories in "Collected Poems and Prose" and the miscellaneous section in "Chronological Records of Li Tao's Life" are roughly arranged in chronological order.
