The second part examines the historical and cultural ecological environment of Gannan Prefecture, pointing out that the natural and cultural environment of Gannan Prefecture was largely in a primary state historically, well-preserved, with a preliminary establishment of an ecological cultural system, but the ecological environment was relatively fragile, and construction measures were relatively crude. The third part studies the ecological environment issues in Gannan Prefecture since the founding of the People's Republic of China. The fourth part proposes basic approaches and construction strategies for the sustainable development of the ecological environment in Gannan Prefecture.
