I feel · I sigh · I think

Features: Reading my book doesn't require any academic knowledge; it only requires removing the from your heart. That's why I wrote these two lines on the flyleaf: "A heart cannot turn my pages." If a high school student's heart is calm, naturally, they can turn my book. But if they (he/she) have a heart, even if they are a Ph.D., they definitely cannot. The world and life I write about are not "fast food." The effort to open the book is not physical force but spiritual force. There is a very thick door in the world of life. The only way to knock it open is to skillfully use our senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. We must first fully mobilize these five senses and deeply feel and marvel at the structure of the world of life. Only then will we have thoughts and understand and grasp it. That's why the title of this book is: "I Feel · I Marvel · I Think!" Without heart-stirring, earth-shaking marvel, how can there be deep-level thinking? The richness, breadth, and depth of marvel and thought determine the quality of a person's life. The length of life is indeed important, but its quality may be even more so.
