Vaginal itching and creamy white discharge - is it candidiasis?

Patient's question:

Doctor, hello: I previously had candidiasis of the vagina! I used baking soda sitz baths and inserted miconazole tablets into the vagina~ I didn't follow up, thinking it had resolved, but recently my private area has started itching, and my discharge has become creamy white. Is there still a problem?
Also, I was wondering, in the days after my period, my discharge is quite normal, but why does it become creamy white a few days later? I'm planning to have a child~ I'm very troubled right now~ I'm asking for the doctor's advice! Thank you in advance~ Could you please tell me if I should continue taking medication? Is the Funingjie liquid okay?
First follow-up question: But currently,

Doctor's answer:

Vaginal itching is a symptom caused by multiple factors, often resulting from the irritation of the external genital area due to excessive abnormal vaginal discharge caused by trichomoniasis or fungal infections leading to vaginitis. If there is the use of disinfectant solutions to rinse the external genital area or vagina, or the insertion of certain medications (such as sulfonamides, furacilin, strongly alkaline soaps, or potassium permanganate solutions) into the vagina, it may cause allergic reactions or dermatitis in the external genital area, leading to itching. During the menstrual period, if hygiene is not properly maintained and the external genital area is not frequently cleaned, menstrual blood or vaginal secretions may accumulate for a long time in the external genital area. Alternatively, wearing synthetic underwear daily keeps the external genital area in a consistently moist and warm environment, often causing itching. It is recommended to visit a regular hospital's gynecology department for pathological examinations of vaginal or cervical secretions to confirm the diagnosis and receive appropriate treatment.
