At the beginning of the main text, there is an "Index" and a "Subject Index" to help readers grasp the overall content and locate relevant entries in specific disciplines. To maintain the integrity of the discipline or sub-discipline system, some entries may appear in multiple disciplines, all of which are retained. For ease of reference, an "Index by Stroke Order" is provided at the end of the book, with instructions for use. Cross-disciplinary terms are annotated with page numbers.
