Features: The Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China officially released the "Accounting System for Small Enterprises" on April 27, 2004, requiring its implementation across the country's small enterprises starting from January 1, 2005, to replace the various accounting systems previously in use. All small enterprises nationwide must cease old accounts and establish new ones starting from January 1, 2005, and strictly adhere to the provisions of the "Accounting System for Small Enterprises" for accounting. The release and implementation of the unified accounting system for small enterprises mark another significant event in the field of Chinese accounting, symbolizing the maturation of China's accounting system and posing a challenge to millions of accounting and auditing personnel in small enterprises across the country. To help the vast number of small enterprise accountants and cashiers nationwide meet this challenge, adapt to the transition in accounting models, and adjust to changes in the accounting framework, we have organized the compilation of the "Accounting System for Small Enterprises Series."
