Features: What is Chinese language? As mentioned in an article, it is written: A cloud drifts across the sky, faint and free, you think it's wonderful, this is Chinese language; The morning sun rises, radiant, you feel vitality, this is Chinese language; The blood-red sunset paints half the sky, leaving endless longing, don't forget this is also Chinese language. Chinese language is the towering Kunlun Mountains, the dewdrops that linger on grass blades, the fragrant peonies of ancient cities in China; It is the silent cold moon, the tranquil lotus pond, the fishing boat in the surging white waves outside Qinhuangdao, the line of white egrets in the blue sky, the myriad white sails by the side of a sinking boat, the willow shadows and blooming flowers after winding hills and winding waters. "The great river flows eastward, waves washing away the great figures of ages." Chinese language is spoken by the ancients; It is roared out by Zhang Fei at the Yangyang Bridge; It flows from the pen of Fan Zhongyan, who worried about the nation; It echoes on the strings of the pipa played by the woman at Xunyang River. Chinese language takes us to the magical cave of Tianmushan, to feel the thrill on the green stones of Jingyang Ridge; It lets us deeply savor the sentiment of "the passage of time," the sorrow of "the worry that fades from the brow but lingers in the heart," the helplessness of "singing to the wine, how short is life," and the desolation of "the autumn gloom does not disperse, frost flies late, leaving behind withered lotuses to listen to the rain." It is certain that in the author's heart, Chinese language has become an indelible beautiful realm. Where does this beautiful realm come from? From life, from insights, of course, most directly, from reading. In light of this, we have compiled this "Chinese Language Reading Weekly Plan." This book is richly illustrated, comprehensive, lively, and fresh. It is an extension and supplement to classroom teaching and a helpful tool for improving students' Chinese language skills. Specifically, the book primarily reflects the following features in its compilation:
1. Targeted Knowledge. Based on the requirements of the "Senior High School Chinese Language Curriculum Standards," it is meticulously arranged to address the key and difficult points in students' learning. Many questions frequently appear in exams. For important knowledge points, concise summaries are provided, helping students to overcome learning challenges with a sense of enlightenment. In the selection of reading materials, attention is paid to the relevance of different semesters. For example, in the first semester of senior year one, more emotional articles are selected; in the first semester of senior year two, more argumentative articles are chosen.
2. Broad Selection. In terms of content, we emphasize the concept of "broad Chinese language" to expand students' reading horizons. The selected materials cover ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign. For instance, "Classical Poems and Rhymes" plays the lingering melody of ancient poetry; "Classical Prose Fragments" exudes the mellow fragrance of exquisite ancient writings; "Contemporary Masterpieces" selects the latest and best works; "Heart-to-Heart Talks" delves into the depth of emotional worlds, sparking intellectual debates; "Relaxing Weekends" lets students explore the world in a fun way; and "Writing DIY" helps students learn to write in a relaxed manner.
3. Practical Application. The book is organized in a "weekly plan" format, scientifically arranging daily learning and reading content. For example, on Monday, students are fresh after the weekend and full of energy, so we arrange "Memory Space," which requires focused attention. On weekends, we include "Relaxing Moments" and the exciting "Reading Ten Thousand Books," "Knowing the World," and "Observing the World," allowing students to broaden their horizons in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
4. Engaging Reading. This is absolutely not a dull book! It emphasizes the combination of "emotion," "interest," and "reason," portraying vivid and touching Chinese language. "Chinese Language Reading Weekly Plan" (Senior Year Two) is arranged in 5 weeks per semester, with the following sections:
- Monday: Memory Space. Introduces aspects such as "Pinyin Showcase," "Character Maze," "Word Challenge," "Idiom Stories," and "Famous Quotes," mainly summarizing knowledge that needs to be memorized in senior high school.
- Tuesday: Application World. Divided into "Exploring Patterns" and "Enhancing Skills," focusing on accumulating and applying Chinese language knowledge.
- Wednesday: Echoes of Classical Charm. Divided into "Poetry and Lyrics" and "Classical Prose Fragments," introducing excellent ancient poetry, poetry appreciation, and recommending reading outstanding ancient literary works, as well as introducing methods for reading classical texts.
