Features: Social wealth ultimately comes from industrial investment, and fundamental prosperity for all relies on widespread grassroots entrepreneurial activities. How to invest? How to start a business? Are there patterns to follow in industrial investment? What is the correct path to advance steadily while avoiding risks? These are the major obstacles lying between ideals and reality, blocking the way to common prosperity. Based on practical experience, this book delves into underlying issues, extracts universal principles, reveals general laws, and summarizes them into essential concepts, procedures, and practical methods that investors must possess.
What is the "capital" in investment? This is the first question investors must clarify. It is not primarily about money or material elements, nor knowledge, technology, or information, but rather the soul capital that determines the success or failure of an investment. What is the basis for investment? What sustains it? The "root" of capital life is the foundation of its quality, a composite of competitive advantages, and strategic resources that attract others to exchange with it.
Every investor, upon entering the role, faces several contradictions they may not be fully aware of. These contradictions make the initial phase of investment exploratory and experimental—a stage that cannot be bypassed. It is necessary to set up simulation programs to address this. For example, what is the direct purpose of investment? It is not profit but operation. Operation is the prerequisite for solving all enterprise problems.
This book is suitable for investors and students and faculty at universities.
