It is hoped that this series will play a certain role in related work and ultimately make a small contribution to the healthy development of China's economy. Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises relies on law, which is the foundation; secondly, on the enterprises themselves, which is the root; thirdly, on consumers, which is the market; fourthly, on the government, which is the guarantee; and fifthly, on public opinion, which is the guidance. These "five relies" are the winning strategy for enterprises to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and the only right approach for enterprises to properly handle abnormal complaints. A group of excellent enterprises, when facing abnormal complaints, can legally safeguard their rights and interests with reason, evidence, and restraint, skillfully applying various methods and techniques to successfully resolve related disputes, and thereby use this as an opportunity to further improve customer satisfaction. This is all thanks to these factors. This book is one of the "Practical Series on Handling Complaints and Abnormal Complaints," effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises from a systemic perspective.
