Beijing Wanyang Thinking International Education and Technology Center, based in Beijing—the political and cultural heart of China, keeps pace with the times, looks ahead to future trends, and, while thoroughly studying the new syllabus, curriculum standards, and various textbooks, also incorporates advanced foreign educational concepts. The aim is to enable readers not only to learn knowledge but also to master learning methods—to both "catch the fish" and "fish for themselves." Education must adapt to social development and also lead it. To better improve students' overall quality, in line with the new curriculum standards and the new trends of quality education, we have specially invited experienced teachers and researchers from key primary schools and research institutions across the country to participate in the overall planning and question design of this series. They have written this series of Primary School Mathematics: One Lesson, Three Drills, based on in-depth research of the new curriculum standards and textbooks, using innovative approaches and catering to the practical needs of teaching across different regions.
We adhere to the principle of progressing from easy to difficult, emphasizing fundamentals, highlighting key points, and distributing difficult points. We scientifically and systematically divide each lesson into three parts for training: Conceptual Understanding and Flexible Application, Calculation Drills and Reinforcement, and Practical Application and Skill Improvement. These three parts are both self-contained and closely linked, achieving the transformation from knowledge to ability and embodying the essence of modern education.
When editing this series, we strive to cover as many knowledge points from the textbooks as possible while also adding additional knowledge that students should master outside the classroom to broaden their horizons. We connect knowledge to life, using real-life problems to test and apply knowledge. This series not only emphasizes the typicality and practicality of the questions but also focuses on the diversity and novelty of the question types, perfectly combining knowledge, ability, and practical application.
Students, are you still waiting? Let’s dive into One Lesson, Three Drills and begin our learning journey together!
