Features: To facilitate self-study for learners, we have compiled a companion volume, "New Cambridge Occupational English (3): Study Guide." During the compilation process, we focused on the following points:
1. Faithfully adhering to the original material without arbitrarily adding content. Based on learners' needs, all exercise requirements and texts in the book have been translated into Chinese.
2. Added annotations to each lesson and audio script. In addition to explaining difficulties and key points, cultural background knowledge relevant to each unit has been included to help learners understand differences between cultures and overcome the weaknesses of Chinese thinking in English expression. The writing section includes writing prompts to provide learners with specific guidance, with supplementary expressions added as appropriate.
3. Added principles and techniques that should be followed in business activities.
4. To align with the BEC exam, we have analyzed sample BEC exam materials, including the Reading and General Knowledge sections, to help candidates understand the exam content and question types. We hope this will be helpful to everyone.
