Successful door-to-door sales talent, like a gold-medal athlete, is the result of rigorous training.
Door-to-door sales, as a form of sales, have always been valued by businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises and new businesses. For the core of door-to-door sales—the salespeople—their sales skills directly impact a company's sales performance and even determine its survival.
The "Door-to-Door Sales Training Camp" is structured around the "1:7:8" principle. "1" represents "door-to-door sales techniques"; "7" represents the "7 core skills" required for door-to-door sales; and "8" represents the "8 basic skills" needed for door-to-door sales.
The training camp is primarily divided into three levels:
First Stage: On the "human" level between the salesperson and the customer, how to establish a "mutual appreciation" relationship. This means the salesperson must complete the process of "selling themselves."
Second Stage: Through consulting and diagnosis, the salesperson must confirm the customer's "needs" while also telling the customer that the "benefits" provided by the salesperson can meet those needs. This completes the "mutual exploration" phase.
Third Stage: The salesperson provides "products," and the customer provides "money," completing the "equivalent exchange" phase.
This book is suitable for training all sales professionals, particularly those in industries such as cosmetics, apparel, consulting, health products, OTC pharmacies, beauty salons, telesales, and various direct-selling sectors.
