Features: As an emerging and developing discipline, Chinese economic law has gone through more than 20 years of. As a crucial component of China's socialist legal system, economic law has also been undeniably recognized. With the further development of the market economy and the continuous advancement of the rule of law strategy, economic law will undoubtedly usher in an even brighter future. Since this is a forum, in terms of guidance, we strive to make it more vibrant. In terms of column settings, there are relatively fixed columns such as Basic Theory, Institutional Research, International Perspectives, Academic Debates, and Rural Rule of Law, as well as new columns that can be created based on the editorial plans of each issue. The forum will adhere to the principle of "let a hundred flowers bloom and let a hundred schools of thought contend," with a focus on people's livelihoods, tracking theoretical frontiers, and serving judicial practice as its fundamental pursuit.
