Loyalty is more important than ability. When superiors are absent, the hierarchical reporting system fails. A powerful-executing army will become an invincible army, and a company with perfect execution will ultimately achieve maximum benefits in the competitive market.
How to improve execution has always been a key topic that management masters like Jack Welch have dedicated their lives to researching. Having no excuses to improve execution is the key for employees to achieve success along with the company's growth, and the most direct expression of loyalty to the company.
