The Journal of Huaqiao University Law (hereinafter referred to as The Journal) is an academic law journal independently organized and edited by faculty members of the School of Law at Huaqiao University. Adhering to the spirit of integrating Chinese and foreign traditions while maintaining diversity, The Journal upholds a tolerant submission philosophy, promotes diverse exchanges and opposing viewpoints in academic debates, and particularly encourages the voices of young scholars.
2. The Journal implements a double-blind peer-review system. Due to limited space, articles should be between 6,000 and 8,000 words, with a maximum of 10,000 words.
3. The Journal adopts the traditional citation style of academic journals. For details, please refer to the citation style appended at the end of The Journal. When submitting, please indicate the author's identity and contact information. For written submissions, please use printed copies and, if possible, also send an electronic version to the email address appended below (The Journal). For written submissions, please use A4-sized paper for printing, and for electronic submissions, please save the document as a Word or RTF file and send it as an attachment. For translations in languages other than Chinese, please include the original manuscript and a written authorization from the author or publisher for the translation (including email). The translator must ensure that the translation does not infringe upon the author's or publisher's rights and will bear sole responsibility for any damages that may arise. The editorial board of The Journal or any of its members shall not be held liable for any such issues.
4. Due to funding constraints, The Journal does not pay authors or translators for their contributions. Each author will receive two complimentary copies of the journal. Meanwhile, the editorial board of The Journal holds the copyright to all published works in The Journal, and any republication, inclusion, or other use requires prior written permission from the editorial board. All submissions are considered as authors and translators having read or been made aware of and agreeing to the submission guidelines of The Journal.
