Features: I hope this work can become: a preliminary display of legal achievements, a beneficial tool for legal research, and a light boat for law students. With good intentions, I and my collaborators have embarked on the following reflections and efforts. If historical wealth is not preserved or intentionally safeguarded, it will forever remain an unknown relic, and its value will be greatly diminished, almost completely buried by the dust of history. The work we have done may not fully achieve the ideal of preserving historical wealth, but we truly hope, through our efforts, to record the achievements of previous generations, allowing those academic thoughts that already shine to illuminate the legal sky as much as possible, providing a faint light for reality. If the spiritual fruits of the times are not recognized by the contemporary world and valued as cultural achievements, they will lose their due significance and may even be sealed by the passage of time. Chinese law is in an era of prosperity, and countless legal scholars will make their theoretical contributions during this period. We do not expect to present all their brilliant ideas without exception, but we are striving to provide a point of observation for future generations to observe their brilliance. One of the major differences between spiritual wealth and material wealth is that the utility of material wealth is always relatively limited, and each use may lead to a reduction in its utility. In contrast, spiritual wealth has a relatively infinite utility, and each use can even polish off the dust of history, allowing it to shine with a light that transcends time. The repeated use of spiritual achievements not only benefits future generations but also brings supreme glory to their creators.
