Publishing Date: 2003-12-01
Features: The arguments and suggestions proposed in the articles in this journal are the views of the authors themselves and do not represent official documents. Readers are requested to pay special attention when reading. The purpose of publishing these articles is to invigorate academic discourse in line with the principle of "let a hundred flowers bloom and let a hundred schools of thought contend," to summarize the practical experience of China's patent and other intellectual property rights work, to explore the intersection of patent law and other intellectual property laws with relevant laws and regulations, and to contribute to consolidating and developing an intellectual property protection system suitable for China's national conditions. We hope that this academic journal can become a fertile ground where all seeds of intellectual property law research can take root, bloom, and bear fruit.
