Hello,1. Painless lump: A palpable lump the size of a bean, relatively hard, and movable, which is a common early clinical manifestation.
2. Changes in breast skin: Mild indentation of the breast skin, or thickening and roughening of the skin, with enlarged pores.
3. Nipple discharge: Secretion of pale yellow, brown fluid or bleeding from one or both nipples during non-pregnancy.
4. Nipple changes: A lump below or near the nipple may cause the nipple to invert, elevate, or deviate to one side, or it may be observed that the two nipples are not at the same level.
5. Enlarged lymph nodes: Axillary lymph node enlargement on the same side is most common.
