Features: From the perspective of human development history, although relying on labor to make a living seems to be an eternal requirement of people, labor was not always considered a right from the beginning. The transformation of labor from merely an inevitable survival behavior into an important right for people is a victory of the proletariat over the bourgeoisie, a significant progress for society, and a major achievement in the cause of human rights. The contradiction between capital and labor has been the most fundamental contradiction in society since the emergence of capitalism, and labor-capital relations have always been the most fundamental social relations in the economic life of society. As Engels pointed out, "The relationship between capital and labor is the axis on which our entire modern social system revolves." Therefore, the harmony and stability of labor-capital relations, to some extent, determine the stability and development of society. Labor issues are related to the allocation of social rights, with the labor right representing the interests of workers and the property right representing the interests of employers constituting the foundation of the market economy.
