To advance the reform of the project cost management system, adapt to the internationally recognized bill of quantities pricing model, promote the marketization of project pricing, and provide timely and accurate market price information and reference materials for the project cost consulting industry, we have compiled the "Common Building Engineering Technical and Economic Indicators."
The "Common Building Engineering Technical and Economic Indicators" is a comprehensive analysis of over 50 project cases implemented since the adoption of the "Code for Bill of Quantities Pricing of Construction Projects" (including teaching buildings, sports venues, apartments, office buildings, research buildings, hospitals, libraries, office buildings, hotels, residential buildings, mixed-use buildings, garages, villas, office buildings, and factories). The analysis is conducted according to the project items, sub-items, and sub-sub-items as divided in the "Bill of Quantities Pricing Code," extracting common quantities and quotation amounts to assist those engaged in investment estimation, budgeting, bid analysis, bid pricing analysis, design optimization, and technical and economic analysis.
The compilation team of this "Indicator" has conducted extensive analysis and statistics on the labor, material, and machinery consumption of various sub-projects in different types of building projects. Based on their characteristics, the team has focused on measuring the consumption of labor and major materials, highlighting the key quantities and comprehensive unit prices. The labor costs, material costs, and machinery costs in this "Indicator" were compiled based on the price levels at the time, while the management fees, profits, and taxes were determined based on the market price levels in Beijing for reference. Users can flexibly adjust these figures according to local conditions.
