The Specific Syndromes, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, are divided into eight chapters: Lung System Syndromes, Heart System Syndromes, Qi, Blood, and Body Fluids Syndromes, Whole Body and Limb Syndromes, and Other Syndromes. Each chapter introduces 47 common clinical syndromes, covering their basic concepts, main etiology and pathogenesis, diagnostic key points, syndrome differentiation and treatment, and other treatment methods. The other treatment methods primarily introduce commonly used traditional Chinese medicine preparations, single formulas, and various external treatment methods. Knowledge related to acupuncture, massage, and health preservation and rehabilitation is covered in separate specialized books and is not elaborated on here.
