Features: The US-China trade relationship is not entirely an economic issue; it is also intertwined with deep political factors. As the world's two most important trading bodies, friction in trade is a normal phenomenon. To rationally address and reasonably recognize US-China trade friction, one must acknowledge it intellectually, prioritize it strategically, and dismiss it tactically. The approach should be "calm observation, composed response, united strength, knowing oneself and the enemy, arguing with reason, daring to debate, stabilizing the situation, and using it to our advantage." Trade friction is not to be feared; success or failure is also normal. The key lies in whether we can view and grasp it dialectically, scientifically, and rationally, and use international rules to respond with reason, advantage, restraint, and force to seize the initiative in trade disputes. This book aims to comprehensively present the US trade relief system and, based on this, provide a panoramic reflection of classic trade friction cases between the US and China in recent years in areas such as "anti-dumping," "safeguard measures," "Section 337," and "non-market economy status." It summarizes the experiences and lessons learned of domestic enterprises in dealing with US-China trade friction, as well as the strategies, techniques, and operational procedures for "tackling" the US trade relief system. In this regard, one must rationally address and reasonably recognize US-China trade friction: acknowledge it intellectually, prioritize it strategically, and dismiss it tactically, achieving "calm observation, composed response, united strength, knowing oneself and the enemy, arguing with reason, daring to debate, stabilizing the situation, and using it to our advantage."
