Features: The guiding principle for writing this book is to start from the practice of classroom teaching, focusing on using novel and practical content to enhance learning interest, with the aim of cultivating and improving learners' self-study and application skills. The writing principle of this book is based on the characteristics of zero-level teaching, paying attention to highlighting key and difficult points. While teaching sentence patterns, necessary grammar explanations are provided. The focus is on listening, speaking, and reading skills, comprehensively training listening, speaking, reading, writing, and translation skills. In the specific writing process, we adopt the following approach: The sentence pattern section in each lesson is closely tied to the theme, introducing its basic expressions; the dialogue section reinforces the use of basic sentence patterns through short conversations; the grammar section concisely explains the main grammatical phenomena in the text, emphasizing practical application; the post-lesson knowledge introduces related cultural knowledge about Japanese customs, traditions, and daily life, broadening learners' horizons while studying the language and helping them understand contemporary Japanese society and culture. "Japanese for Beginners" (Volume 1) consists of two parts: the pronunciation stage and the basic stage. Upon completing this volume, learners will be able to master a certain number of sentence patterns, correctly grasp Japanese pronunciation and intonation, understand general grammar, develop self-study skills, conduct simple conversations, read and write simple sentences, and read short articles, achieving the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 level. The pronunciation stage consists of 12 lessons, with a teaching time of approximately 36 hours. The objectives to be achieved after completing this stage are: · Mastering the accurate pronunciation of Japanese kana · Correctly writing Japanese hiragana and katakana · Familiarizing oneself with Japanese pronunciation and intonation · Mastering a certain amount of Japanese knowledge · Learning some basic daily conversations The basic stage consists of 10 lessons, with a teaching time of approximately 110 hours.
