The revised edition of this book has the following characteristics:
1. Representativeness. The book includes commonly used legal documents in courts, procuratorates, and law firms. For example, the court's documents include first-instance and second-instance civil, criminal, and administrative judgments, civil mediation agreements, and retrial judgments; the procuratorate's documents include indictments, decisions on non-prosecution, public prosecution speeches, criminal appeals, and procuratorial opinions; and the legal documents commonly used by lawyers include complaints, criminal complaints, defense statements, statements, and replies.
2. Practicality. The book is organized into five parts: concepts, formats, writing methods, examples, and precautions, making it easy to understand, concise, and focused on practical examples with an emphasis on examination preparation.
3. Comprehensiveness. To help candidates gain a comprehensive understanding of the legal document examination questions from previous legal examinations and judicial examinations, we have included legal document questions from these exams since 1996, making the review process more targeted.
