Exploration of Several Issues in Graduate Education

Features: With the support of the school, my colleagues and I gradually established the educational philosophy of "seeking not scale but distinctiveness," vigorously promoting the philosophical concept of "harmony between strength and gentleness, unity of humanity and nature." We actively explored and implemented changes in curriculum design, institutional regulations, organizational structures, and organizational culture. Currently, the MBA School is developing steadily with distinct characteristics; the Industrial Economics program has been approved as a national key discipline, and the Industrial Organization and Enterprise Organization Research Center has been recognized as a key research base in humanities and social sciences by the Ministry of Education. In fact, the name "Industrial Organization and Enterprise Organization" itself reveals the complementary strengths between the MBA School and the Industrial Organization and Enterprise Organization Research Center, as well as the interdisciplinary complementarity between business management and economics.
The book "Explorations on Some Issues of Graduate Education" genuinely reflects our ongoing process of thinking, trying, summarizing, and improving in the field of graduate education in business management and applied economics. While the content may not be "profound and extensive," it could still be considered "meticulous." Some ideas and approaches may not be entirely appropriate and are still under exploration and improvement. I sincerely hope to receive guidance and feedback from readers and peers to further explore and enhance our work.
