Features: This book adopts the medical terms announced by the National Natural Science Terminology Committee, referring to the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10, 1989) and the English-Chinese Medical Vocabulary (1999) for standards. It collects the latest medical materials from domestic and international sources, standardizing and unifying the diagnostic criteria and efficacy evaluation criteria for common and frequently occurring diseases. If industry standards, national standards, or national standards already exist, we directly cite them; if no unified standards are available, we develop guidelines based on the latest authoritative domestic and international materials, combining textbook knowledge and relevant professional journals. We incorporate new insights, viewpoints, and theories that have been relatively mature in clinical practice, inviting authoritative experts from various fields to formulate guidelines that fully reflect the latest fundamental perspectives in clinical medicine. The book is divided into nine chapters: Infectious Diseases, Respiratory, Circulatory, Digestive, Urinary, Hematological, Neurological, Endocrine System Diseases, and Rheumatic Diseases, covering more than 430 diseases. Each disease is introduced according to its definition, diagnostic criteria (standards), classification or subtypes, efficacy evaluation criteria, treatment guidelines, and prevention plans, striving to achieve scientific, practical, standardized, and actionable results. The purpose is to standardize and unify diagnostic and treatment practices, establish unified efficacy evaluation criteria, facilitate the inspection and control of medical quality, and ensure comparability in diagnostic accuracy and cure rates among clinicians across different regions. This book demonstrates significant scientific rigor, advanced concepts, and practicality, serving as a highly practical medical reference book for clinical medical personnel to consult during diagnostic and treatment practices, summarizing clinical experiences, and writing papers.
