Features: To change the world, one must first change oneself. The history of direct selling can be traced back to the era of barter, having emerged with the advent of communal living among humans. Back then, people used barter to obtain items they lacked for the convenience of life, which is the primitive form of direct selling. According to records, as early as 1929 in China, Wang Xingji Fan Shop's second generation head, Wang Ziqing, had a method similar to direct selling to attract business: regardless of who, as long as they introduced business to Wang Xingji Fan Shop, they could earn a commission of 5%-10% of the sales amount. These introducers unintentionally became early direct sellers. Direct selling is an ancient yet advanced marketing model. A direct selling organization is neither a disorganized group of unrelated individuals nor an informal, unconscious collective of two or more people with diverse psychological factors, but rather a formally organized group of two or more people consciously coordinated, i.e., a direct selling team. Within the entire direct selling team, on one hand, each person's professionalism and professional skills must be strong. If one person cannot cover for another, it will be difficult to face challenges alone and take responsibility, and the overall quality and level of the team will be irrelevant. On the other hand, it is even more important to emphasize cooperation, coordination, support, and synergy within the direct selling team, i.e., building team unity, cohesion, and competitiveness. This is particularly crucial and urgent for the direct selling industry, which constantly deals with strangers face-to-face, day in and day out, and often faces rejection. Therefore, the construction of the direct selling team naturally becomes a key focus of direct selling skills and quality training. As the ancients said, "When people are of one heart and mind, they can move mountains." We also often say, "Unity is strength" and "United we stand." In today's knowledge economy, where competition is increasingly fierce, the era of individual solo efforts has come to an end. The age of the strong calls for true heroes, and only through cooperation and alliances, relying on the power of the team, can true heroes and the strong be forged. The times need heroes, but even more, they need excellent teams. There are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams. Let us strengthen the construction of direct selling teams to cultivate high-quality direct selling talents, create first-class, , integrated, and large-scale sales performance, and embrace the beautiful spring of direct selling!
