Publish Date: 2003-04-01
Features: This textbook was compiled to meet the needs of legal master's students and training. Unlike undergraduate textbooks, this one adopts a thematic research approach to discuss and explore several important theoretical and practical issues in international economic law, enabling graduate students to further understand the new trends, emerging issues, and cutting-edge developments in international economic law after mastering the basic knowledge of international economic activities at the undergraduate level. The topics in this textbook are divided into five parts based on content, including fundamental theories, legal issues of the WTO, international maritime legal issues, international investment legal issues, and international financial legal issues, among others. Some of these topics are revised and edited based on the authors' recent published research achievements, representing a collection of their years of research; others are the authors' new research findings, reflecting the latest developments in relevant fields. In the selection of topic content, emphasis is placed on reflecting the current hot and key issues in international economic law. Of course, due to the limitations of the authors' research fields and achievements, some important issues in international economic law may not be covered or may be covered in insufficient depth, which will be supplemented by instructors during the teaching process. At the same time, this book is also planned to be continuously revised in the future based on actual developments, with timely updates and additions of new content.
