How to take liquid medicine

Patient's question:

I got married last year. Recently, I've been experiencing lower abdominal pain, especially during my period. I'm very worried about it affecting my fertility, and I'm also extremely sensitive to cold and coldness. How should I take the medication for a miscarriage?

Doctor's answer:

The commonly used medications are mifepristone tablets (Ru 486) combined with prostaglandins. On an empty stomach or 2 hours after a meal, take 25mg to 50mg (1 to 2 tablets) of mifepristone tablets twice a day, for 2 to 3 days, with a total dose of 150mg (6 tablets). Fast for 2 hours after each dose. On the 3rd to 4th day in the morning, take 600μg of misoprostol (200μg per tablet × 3 tablets) orally. Rest in bed for 1 to 2 hours, and observe at the outpatient clinic for 6 hours. Pay attention to bleeding after medication, the expulsion of gestational products, and any side effects.
