Features: Since the revival of international economic and trade majors in China's economic and trade colleges in the last century, International Business Law has always been an elective course in these programs. Over the past two decades, although many works on International Business Law have been published domestically, they are mostly textbooks with similar systems, akin to "Comparative Business Law." These works focus primarily on introducing the legal provisions of various fields of international commercial activities, with little theoretical research on the discipline itself. The exploration of fundamental theoretical issues in this book is still preliminary, which is mainly reflected in: First, the so-called fundamental theoretical issues proposed in this book are clearly influenced by the theoretical systems of other departments of law. This is understandable, as the disciplinary system structures of China's various branches of law are inherently similar, a result of the understanding of legal relationships in China's legal theory circles. Second, the research on many issues in this book is still superficial, and some of the proposed viewpoints are open to debate. The authors are fully aware of this, primarily due to the limitations of the author's knowledge structure and professional cultivation. Fortunately, the sea of knowledge is boundless, and throughout life, we are constantly learning, progressing, and exploring. The path of exploring truth is endless; as long as we invest wisdom and hard work.
