Is the fluid-filled area observed in the uterine cavity indicative of fallopian tube blockage?

Patient's question:

Doctor, we have a child now, and we are preparing for a second child. However, we haven't been able to conceive. The detailed ultrasound results show: a liquid dark area in the uterine cavity, about 0.2 cm deep; the cervical canal appears within a range of 0.80.4 cm without echoes, with small areas of easy no echoes nearby; a liquid dark area is seen behind the uterus, about 0.9 cm deep; no obvious abnormalities are observed in the bilateral adnexal regions; minimal fluid accumulation in the uterine cavity; no echoes are seen at the internal cervical os; multiple nabothian cysts in the cervix; and pelvic effusion.
I would like to ask a few questions: Is it true that the detailed ultrasound of the adnexa shows no abnormalities, and since I have already given birth, the probability of fallopian tube blockage is not high?

Doctor's answer:

Hello. Besides vaginal bleeding, what other symptoms are there during a color Doppler ultrasound? A thorough ultrasound examination did not reveal any major issues. Color Doppler ultrasound cannot detect fallopian tube blockages, but fallopian tube can be performed. If you have been trying to conceive for less than a year without success and have normal menstrual cycles, it is recommended that the male undergo a semen analysis to assess sperm quality, and the female may also consider a fallopian tube iodine oil to rule out fallopian tube-related infertility. I hope everyone can understand this.
