Miconazole suppositories, one tablet placed intravaginally each night, for 7 to 10 days. Alternatively, clotrimazole suppositories, one tablet each night, for 7 days, or nystatin suppositories, one tablet each night, for 10 to 14 days. Additionally, itraconazole 200mg can be taken orally once daily for three to five days. Fluconazole 150mg and ketoconazole 200mg can be taken once or twice daily for five days.
