Features: From Lin Zexu to Sun Yat-sen and then to the Communists of China, it can be said that they all shared a common "ideology." That is: unity against aggression, defending national sovereignty, and upholding national independence. It can be said that Chinese socialism was forced out by the national oppression of imperialism. Without true national independence and national sovereignty, there could be no true socialism. Socialism that loses national independence will inevitably collapse sooner or later. The advantage of the "imperialist collaborators" class in Taiwanese society is evident. They are mostly the descendants of the "imperialist collaborators" of the Japanese colonial era and the intellectuals "elites" cultivated during the Japanese colonial period. These two groups constitute the ruling elite of Taiwan today. Many of them are still the aristocratic families of Taiwanese society, wealthy and influential, with deep social roots. Without a strong nation, there can be no guarantee of true national independence. There can be no talk of strengthening the cohesion of the Chinese nation. Today, the responsibility of leading the nation to prosperity and development has historically fallen upon the Communist Party of China.
