Features: This book is the ninth in the author's series of on enterprises and also the last in the series, primarily exploring the philosophical issues of enterprises. It can be said to delve into the deep-seated problems of enterprises. Philosophy is a person's worldview and methodology. Entrepreneurs are inevitably constrained by their own worldview and methodology in their business activities. Therefore, every entrepreneur essentially has their own philosophy, the difference being that some entrepreneurs fail in their operations due to their "irrational" philosophy, while others grow and expand their businesses because of having a sound philosophy. What we explore here is the sound philosophy and attempt to equip all entrepreneurs with it. Enterprise philosophy is divided into three major categories: The first is the philosophy of personal conduct, which refers to the philosophical thoughts of how entrepreneurs conduct themselves and their affairs; the second is the philosophy of business operations, which refers to the philosophical thoughts of entrepreneurs in their business activities, including differential philosophy, resource philosophy, win-win philosophy, survival philosophy, crisis philosophy, etc.; the third is the philosophy of human resources management, which refers to the philosophical thoughts of how entrepreneurs manage their teams. This book is structured according to these three major categories of philosophy.
