Features: With the vigorous development of competitive martial arts, numerous domestic and international competitions are held continuously, and martial arts are actively seeking to join the Olympic family. Martial arts have been gradually promoted worldwide and are increasingly recognized and shared by more people. However, the roots of martial arts in China are not deep, and their branches are not lush, nor are they truly popular in people's lives today. Although many people use martial arts as a means of exercise in communities (especially among middle-aged and elderly people), various convenient, enjoyable fitness programs have emerged, causing martial arts to lose their advantage among the younger generation in urban areas, with a declining trend. In light of this, leaders at all levels and experts in martial arts have been working hard to find solutions and have addressed some practical issues. The promulgation and implementation of the Chinese Martial Arts Danwei System have created favorable conditions for guiding the public to engage in martial arts exercises and cultivate lifelong physical fitness habits. However, in the few years since the implementation of the Danwei System, fewer people have taken dan tests, and fewer institutions have conducted dan evaluations. Moreover, many people are unaware of the existence of the Danwei System, especially in ordinary universities, where it is almost non-existent. Therefore, the author intends to analyze the current state of martial arts reform from the perspective of the Danwei System and school sports using a "third eye," offering fresh and unique insights. Additionally, the book is well-structured and easy to understand, which will play a positive role in helping readers learn about Chinese martial arts.
