Features: To help law students and people from all walks of life understand the meanings of common legal terms in legal texts and academic works, we have organized the compilation of this portable and easy-to-use series, "Mini Legal Dictionary." This series is developed based on the classification of law courses formulated by the Ministry of Education, including: "Mini Dictionary for the Study of Jurisprudence," "Mini Dictionary for the Study of Legal History," "Mini Dictionary for the Study of Constitutional and Administrative Law," "Mini Dictionary for the Study of Criminal Law," "Mini Dictionary for the Study of Criminal Procedure Law," "Mini Dictionary for the Study of Civil Law," "Mini Dictionary for the Study of Commercial Law," "Mini Dictionary for the Study of Economic Law," "Mini Dictionary for the Study of Civil Procedure Law and Arbitration," and "Mini Dictionary for the Study of International Law · Private International Law · International Economic Law," totaling 10 volumes. The series is closely aligned with the characteristics of each discipline in terms of content collection and format arrangement, featuring comprehensive entries that cover the concepts of various legal disciplines. It strives to be concise and easy to understand, and through "Comparisons of Easily Confused Entries," it helps readers gain a deeper understanding and mastery of the difficulties and ambiguities in legal terminology. At the same time, the series provides two retrieval methods—classified entry retrieval and pinyin retrieval—to facilitate readers in quickly searching and accessing relevant legal terms. Due to the limitations of the compilers, if there are any omissions or inappropriate places, we sincerely invite readers to point them out. October 2005
