"Comprehensive French Interpretation Ability - Level 2" is specifically designed for the National Translation Professional Qualification (Level) Examination - Comprehensive French Interpretation Ability (Level 2). The purpose of the Comprehensive Interpretation Ability exam is to assess whether candidates' listening comprehension and information processing skills meet the requirements of professional work. The exam consists of four types of questions: judgment (20 questions), short sentence choice (20 questions), passage choice (20 questions), and listening summary. Candidates must complete the entire exam by listening. In this book, we have carefully selected and compiled highly targeted practice questions based on the requirements of the French Interpretation Level 2 exam syllabus (trial) and the actual exam modules and question types. The language materials used in this book are mostly sourced from authoritative French publications, newspapers, magazines, and publications of international organizations. The content is authentic and well-written, covering fields such as politics, economy, society, culture, sports, science and technology, and law. Through training, candidates not only gain exposure to various topics and gain an understanding of issues commonly discussed in international society and daily life but also become familiar with exam question types, expand their vocabulary, and achieve the goal of improving their French proficiency and listening comprehension skills. "Comprehensive French Interpretation Ability - Level 2" is divided into 16 units based on themes. Each unit consists of four parts. Part 1 is the judgment section, with 20 sentences. Each sentence is only read once, and candidates must make a true or false judgment after listening to each recording. The second part is the short sentence choice section, with 20 short passages. Each passage is also only read once, and candidates must select the correct answer after listening to each recording. The third part consists of slightly longer passages, divided into 5 paragraphs. Each paragraph is accompanied by 4 multiple-choice questions, and this section is also only read once. The fourth part is the listening summary, where candidates listen to a 3-minute short passage recording and then write a summary in French. The 16 lessons of "Comprehensive French Interpretation Ability - Level 2" can be used as a real simulation test. Through listening, learning, writing, and practice, candidates can expand their vocabulary and knowledge, improve their overall listening comprehension and written expression skills, and prepare thoroughly for the exam.
