The demand for disaster reduction and safety has become a widely concerned issue in society. The focus of urban disaster reduction and safety work is to serve the public and the community, integrating knowledge and moral education on handling public crises into the program to improve citizens' quality. To this end, we have organized and published a series of "Social Disaster Reduction and Safety Quality Education Books" as a gift to the communities and citizens of Beijing. This book primarily explains techniques for rescuing individuals with stopped heartbeat and breathing, as well as basic first aid techniques—cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and trauma first aid. Through a combination of text and illustrations, it helps you easily learn to implement important first aid methods.
