Features: To ensure that mental health education is truly implemented, during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, while continuing to improve the model of school mental health education, we focused on researching and exploring methods of integration. We initiated experimental research in classroom teaching, using individualized instruction as a means to promote the mental health development of children. This book was written on this basis and in this context. It comprehensively introduces the models, content, and methods of school mental health education, as well as the numerous case studies we have accumulated over the years using individualized instruction to foster mental health development. We believe these examples will provide valuable references for everyone. The book is divided into four chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the meaning, characteristics, and standards of students' mental health, as well as the objectives, functions, and tasks of school mental health education. Chapter 2 introduces Western mental education models and the models established by Chinese researchers, with a focus on the middle and primary school mental health education model that we have developed through research, exploration, and practice over two Five-Year Plans. Chapter 3 includes topics such as school psychological counseling, school psychological consultation, the integration of mental health education in classroom teaching, teachers' mental health, and home-school collaboration. Chapter 4 covers an overview of school mental health education, methods of school psychological counseling, methods of school psychological consultation, methods of integrating mental health education, methods to improve teachers' mental health, and methods of home-school collaboration.
