Part I consists of the first three chapters, where the author discusses the definition and standards of mental health, proposes the concept of school mental health education, reveals the significance and role of school mental health education, and systematically researches issues such as the goals, content, principles, and implementation approaches of school mental health education. Part II includes Chapters 4 and 5, where the author comprehensively discusses the relationship between school sports and mental health, as well as how physical education can integrate mental health education. Part III covers Chapters 6, 7, and 8, where the author conducts an in-depth analysis of the objectives, content, characteristics, and influencing factors of sports and mental health education in primary, secondary, and higher education institutions. Part IV is Chapter 9, where the author analyzes and studies the mental health of special groups in school sports—specifically, the mental health of physical education teachers and their coping strategies.
