Complete Bandit Manual

Author: Wang Xiaogun
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2005-01-01
Features: This is a zany novel by Wang Xiaogun. In this book, the author, while staying true to the original style, expands upon the less well-developed character portrayals through his own interpretation. Each character serves as a separate story unit, and with a lighthearted modern tone, he narrates the familiar tales, making the once perplexing Water Margin characters and plotlines clear and engaging. The main content of the book includes: the villainous Song Jiang, the bachelor Wu Song, the criminal Lin Chong, the unlucky Yang Zhi, the robber Li Kui, the ghost Chao Gai, the thief Shi Qian, the official Lu Dayu, and the ruffian Lu Da, among others.
