Features: Since 2002, the Beijing Bar Association has held several lectures in Beijing periodically to improve the quality of the profession, with renowned judges, experts, and scholars as speakers. A prominent feature of these lectures is that they serve the needs of lawyers in practice while also addressing theoretical and emerging areas within the industry, offering foresight. Therefore, whether in alleviating the difficulties of lawyers, resolving their professional dilemmas, or cultivating theoretical expertise and keeping up with industry new trends, these lectures have been highly constructive, playing a significant role in enhancing the overall quality of Beijing's legal professionals. However, these live lectures also have limitations. First, lawyers in other parts of the country cannot attend them in person; second, even lawyers in Beijing often miss these lectures due to various reasons. This is not only a loss for lawyers who wish to attend but cannot, but also a loss for the organizers of the lectures, as the lectures fail to achieve their maximum effectiveness and intended goals. For this very reason, the Legal Publishing House and the Beijing Bar Association almost simultaneously thought of publishing a selected collection of these lectures.
