Features: Currently, psychology courses have not been officially included in the public curriculum of middle schools and universities in China. Relevant authorities are working to change this situation. The purpose of this book is to introduce the origin, principles, methods, and several famous models of psychological testing, while also providing a brief overview of the history of psychology, enabling students to gain knowledge about psychological testing while also developing a general understanding of psychology. To enhance readability and engagement, we have intentionally selected some simple questionnaires to be interspersed with the background information. Readers can answer them as they read, calculate their scores immediately, and compare them with a simple analysis to reflect on their own psychological state. These tests are self-assessment in nature, and from the perspective of psychological testing, they do not strictly qualify as psychological tests.
