Huang Suojian was born in November 1955 in Xiaoshan, Zhejiang, and is a researcher. His main academic specialty is industrial organization research. He graduated from the Accounting Department of Xiamen University in September 1982, completed his master's degree in the Economics Department of Xiamen University in February 1985, and earned his Ph.D. from the Industrial Economics Department of the Graduate School of the institute in March 1988. Since March 1988, he has worked at the Institute of Industrial Economics. He is currently the Director of the Industrial Management Research Office and a Standing Council Member of the China Society of State-owned Asset Management. His main representative works include: Corporate Systems and Enterprise Reform (monograph), Market Economy and Enterprise Property Rights System Reform (monograph), Market Economy and Enterprise Organizational Structure Reform (monograph), Financial Disclosure of Socially Listed Companies (paper), Some Issues in the Construction of Modern Enterprise Systems (paper), On Property Rights System Reform and the Determination of State-owned Investment Subjects (paper), and others.
