Features: Comes with a valuable poster! The newest, coolest, and most comprehensive illustrated report on the super idol Jay Chou. Now compared to this Taiwanese kid, all popular music in the Chinese-speaking world has paled in comparison. Jay Chou, with his unparalleled charisma, has become the undisputed king of contemporary pop. This book tells the story of the king's birth and growth, beneath his cool facade, his music, movies, and private life. For Jay Chou, he doesn't need a stage—he simply lives in his own musical world. He knows what truly stays in people's hearts and what sets him apart. Beyond music itself, there's no other answer. Music is the only thing for this introverted child—it saved him, interpreted him, and is his fortune. He says, "Let me tell you what cool means." He explains, "It means no matter what you do, don't blindly follow others; walk your own path." It's a myth: no alcohol abuse, no drug addiction, yet he is the undisputed king of Asian music!—Time Magazine
