Features: This book introduces employees to six principles for cultivating employee spirit:
Principle One: Identification—Ignite Work Passion. Identify with your profession and work, maintain enthusiasm for your job, enhance organizational identity and sense of belonging, and realize your own value through work.
Principle Two: Participation—Ignite Collective Fire. Enhance participation awareness, integrate into the team, leverage collective strength, strengthen team cohesion, create a spark that spreads like wildfire, and drive the organization to achieve greater results.
Principle Three: Fun—Dance with the Flame. As Tolstoy once said: "The joy of life lies in work." As employees, learn to find happiness and fulfillment in your work.
Principle Four: Respect—Burn to Your Fullest. Being respected is a common human need. Mutual respect among colleagues. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Principle Five: Goals—Realize the Value of Burning. Align personal goals with organizational goals, and achieve your own goals in the process of achieving organizational goals.
Principle Six: Tolerance—Allow Ignition Failures. Be patient and tolerant, allowing for failures in work. Failure is also a form of contribution. Without employees who fail, there would be no successful teams.
