Features: Marxist Review, edited by the Research Center for Marxist Studies and the Department of Social Sciences at Fudan University, is an introductory and comprehensive academic journal focused on Marxist studies. Guided by Marxism, Marxist Review conducts high-level, high-quality, and high-standard discussions and research on major introductory issues in China's economic, political, and cultural development, aiming to advance theoretical research and academic innovation in Marxism. The journal primarily selects research papers around three themes: "Social Transformation and Social Justice," "Building a Harmonious Society," and "Theoretical Research on Marxism." In 2005, which marked the centennial anniversary of Fudan University, the launch of Marxist Review was also a gift presented by the Department of Social Sciences to celebrate the university's centennial. Since the 1930s, the Department of Social Sciences at Fudan University has adhered to the principle of "equal emphasis on teaching and research," placing great importance on academic research by faculty. It has successively organized and published two research collections on Marxist theory and practical issues: Dynamic Exploration of Marxist Studies (2002) and The Theory and Practice of Building a Well-Off Society in an All-Round Way (2003). The launch of Marxist Review is a continuation and expansion of this work.
